Graduated in Psychology at the Universidade de São Paulo, with executive MBA in Marketing by IBMEC, and also some specific modules of marketing strategy and marketing research at UC Berkeley - CA
Started her carrier in 1989 at DPZ, advertising agency and after that was trainee on Research International Brazil in the quantitative and qualitative areas.
In 1993 was a project manager at CBPA – Companhia Brasileira de Pesquisa e Análise (AC Nielsen), and after that, worked in the planning and intelligence area for Latin America for some different industries: Colgate Palmolive, Unilever, ICI Chemicals.
In 1996 started to work as independent consultant. Between 2000 and 2003 lived in the US continuing to work as a consultant.
